Refund Policy
No Refunds: We do not entertain refund requests under any circumstances once the payment is made. Please be certain of your decision before enrolling in Premika Thakur’s Beauty Course.
No Cancellation
Once you have enrolled in the Beauty Course, cancellations are not allowed. We advise you to consider your schedule and commitments before confirming your enrollment.
Rescheduling Requests
In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a rescheduling of the course. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 Days before the original session.
Rescheduling Process:
a. To request a rescheduling, you must contact our support team at hello@premikathakur.com with your full name, enrollment details, and the reason for rescheduling.
b. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with alternative dates and times for the makeup session.
c. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee your preferred alternative slot.
Limit on Rescheduling: Each enrolled participant is allowed a maximum of 1 rescheduling requests throughout the entire duration of the course.
Validity of Rescheduled Sessions: Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 1 Week from the date of the original session. Failure to attend the rescheduled session within the stipulated time frame will result in forfeiture of the makeup opportunity.
